El `envelopeId` lo conseguís en la respuesta de `GET /api/v1/documents/{id}`, dentro de `fields[].envelopeId` (si el documento no tiene campos todavía, ese arreglo viene vacío).\n\n### CUIL del firmante (obligatorio en esta plataforma)\n\nEn esta plataforma cada firmante firma con su **certificado de firma digital**, emitido a su CUIL por un certificador licenciado. Mandá `cuil` en cada elemento de `recipients[]` (por ejemplo `\"20-33111349-3\"`) al crear el documento o al generarlo desde plantilla. Si el titular todavía no tiene certificado, la plataforma lo guía para emitirlo (trámite 100% remoto) antes de firmar.\n\n### Notificaciones automáticas (webhooks)\n\nIdentik te avisa por HTTP `POST` cuando cambia el estado de un documento, así no tenés que consultar en bucle.\n\nSe configuran **desde la interfaz web**, en Configuración → Webhooks (no por API): indicás la URL de destino, los eventos que querés y un secreto compartido. Cada entrega llega con el encabezado `X-Identik-Secret`, cuyo valor es ese secreto — comparalo antes de procesar el cuerpo. Toda entrega queda registrada y se puede reenviar a mano desde el panel si tu endpoint estuvo caído.\n\nEventos disponibles: `DOCUMENT_CREATED`, `DOCUMENT_SENT`, `DOCUMENT_OPENED`, `DOCUMENT_SIGNED`, `DOCUMENT_RECIPIENT_COMPLETED`, `DOCUMENT_COMPLETED`, `DOCUMENT_REJECTED`, `DOCUMENT_CANCELLED`, `RECIPIENT_EXPIRED`, `DOCUMENT_REMINDER_SENT`, más los de plantillas (`TEMPLATE_CREATED`, `TEMPLATE_UPDATED`, `TEMPLATE_DELETED`, `TEMPLATE_USED`).\n\nCuerpo de la entrega: `{ event, payload, createdAt, webhookEndpoint }`. En `payload` viaja el documento (incluido `status`) y sus firmantes con `signingStatus`, `readStatus`, `signedAt`, `expiresAt` y `rejectionReason`.\n\n**Cuidado con el vencimiento:** emitimos `RECIPIENT_EXPIRED` por cada firmante cuya ventana se cerró, pero **no existe** un evento de vencimiento a nivel documento, y el `status` del documento **no** cambia a vencido (se queda en `PENDING`). Si en tu modelo el vencimiento es un estado propio, consultá `GET /api/v1/documents/{id}` y mirá `recipients[].expiresAt` y `recipients[].expirationNotifiedAt`.\n\n### Evidencia de la firma (constancia)\n\nLa constancia de firma viaja como archivo **adjunto separado** en el correo de finalización (`Constancia de firma.pdf`). No se puede embeber en el PDF porque agregar páginas invalidaría la firma digital cualificada, y **no hay endpoint** para descargarla: guardá el adjunto del correo.\n\nAdemás, `GET /api/v2/envelope/{envelopeId}/audit-log` devuelve la traza de auditoría en JSON, por si la querés almacenar estructurada.\n\n### Plazos: ventana de firma y resguardo\n\nLa **ventana de firma** por defecto es de 1 mes, con un tope máximo de 31 días. Vencida, el enlace deja de funcionar (el documento no se borra y su `status` sigue en `PENDING` — ver la advertencia de arriba). Esta ventana no se configura por esta API.\n\nEl **resguardo** conserva el documento y su evidencia **30 días desde que el documento se cierra** (firmado, rechazado, o vencido sin firmar). Cumplido el plazo, el archivo se elimina de nuestro almacenamiento y la descarga responde `410`. La recomendación es descargar el PDF al recibir `DOCUMENT_COMPLETED` y archivarlo de tu lado. Hay resguardo extendido opcional, de hasta 5 años, configurable por cuenta.\n\n### Límites de uso (rate limits)\n\nCada dirección IP puede hacer hasta **100 solicitudes por minuto** contra esta API. Toda respuesta incluye los encabezados `X-RateLimit-Limit`, `X-RateLimit-Remaining` y `X-RateLimit-Reset` (época Unix, en segundos); superado el límite, la API responde `429` con el encabezado `Retry-After` indicando cuántos segundos esperar. Para lotes grandes, procesá en serie y respetá `Retry-After` antes de reintentar.\n\n### Créditos\n\nEl crédito de un documento se consume cuando el documento **se envía a firmar** (`POST /api/v1/documents/{id}/send`). Los borradores no consumen: podés crear un documento y eliminarlo antes de enviarlo sin costo. Un documento ya enviado consume su crédito aunque después venza, se rechace o se elimine.\n\nLos extras opcionales tienen **pools de crédito propios**, separados del de documentos, que también carga Identik al comprar un paquete:\n\n| Pool | Se consume | Si se agota |\n|---|---|---|\n| Documentos | al enviar a firmar | no se pueden crear más documentos |\n\nNinguno de los pools de extras vence.
